Sue Hunt

A change in career from sport to wine really wasn't difficult, they are two subjects I really love. I embarked on the Wine Studies -Viticulture and Oenology course at Plumpton College (associated to the University of Brighton), passed with ''Distinction" became a Winery Teacher and Technician at Plumpton College and spent two years at Ridgeview Wine Estate. I always enjoy sharing knowledge and experiences with our well travelled and interesting guests.

As a lover of viticulture you'll often find Sue out in the vineyards pruning, de-leafing, harvesting and tending the vines.

"Micaela and Sue explained so much to us about the region, the grapes, the wine-making process, and the terroir. Their general and local knowledge was incredible"
