Sue Hunt

A change in career from sport to wine really wasn't difficult, they are two subjects I really love. I embarked on the Wine Studies -Viticulture and Oenology course at Plumpton College (associated to the University of Brighton), passed with ''Distinction" became a Winery Teacher and Technician at Plumpton College and spent two years at Ridgeview Wine Estate. I always enjoy sharing knowledge and experiences with our well travelled and interesting guests.

 

 As a lover of viticulture you'll often find Sue out in the vineyards pruning, de-leafing, harvesting and tending the vines.

Micaela Frow

A degree in Hotel Management led to my first metier for Hilton International throughout Europe for fifteen years  before setting up 'Wallchart International' a computer software company developing worldwide business with major corporate clients as a company director. I have had a lifelong interest in wine, hold the WSET Advanced Certificate and since 2004 have built up an excellent working knowledge of the Loire wines and their producers.

 

 

In her spare time you'll find Micaela out on the Loire river sailing their Toue Cabanée, an authentique Loire wooden boat.
